Ocean City is a resort town that hosts thousands of vacationing families every season. With that in mind, housing is at a premium and unfortunately; it tends to be very expensive and over-crowded for our seasonal employees. Candy Kitchen wants your stay in Ocean City to be extraordinary; we do provide housing for your convenience.

We have approximately 65 positions available for the season.
Fifty (50) of those positions are available with housing.

Employment Details:

Two week training period of at least 30+ hours.
- At least 38+ scheduled hours after training.
- Our starting salary is $7.65 per hour and you will receive a raise after 200+ hours (training period) to $8.00 per hour
END OF SEASON BONUS - The majority of our seasonal employees qualify for an end-of-season bonus of approximately $200. Specifics to be addressed during the application process.
When overtime becomes available, it is paid at time and one-half.
Candy Kitchen often promotes from within during the summer season. A raise for that promotion is commonly awarded after a two-week training period.
It is a six-day work week, mostly nights, and that includes every weekend with one day off during the week
