Interns will grow personally and professionally through "real life" work experiences in a fun retail organization while developing communication skills and understanding of a business environment. Through the positions offered in the Intern Program, you will be able to apply management, accounting and merchandising concepts learned in the classroom to "real world" opportunities. During your internship, you will receive regular job skills, professional development feedback, and a structured training schedule introducing you to other departments.

Details Internship Program:

Paid, Full Time, mid-May through early September
Summer training starts approximately May 7, 2007
7 positions across Delaware and Ocean City
Opportunity for permanent placement
Local Housing may be available

Intern Positions Available:

5 Assistant Manager and/or Manager positions
1 Marketing Merchandiser position
1 Accounting position
